About Me
With a drive to explore new technologies, my journey as a software engineer started in 2006. Over the past decade I have honed my skills in various areas of web development, including back-end and front-end development, CMS, databases, and web application monitoring and support.
In the last five years, I have shifted my focus to Android application development, specifically using Kotlin. I'm thrilled to be leveraging the power of Jetpack Compose, a widely-used framework, to build sleek and native UIs for Android apps. I'm constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the world of software development and eagerly anticipating the next exciting challenge!
As a coding enthusiast with a wanderlust heart, I've discovered that remote work is the perfect fusion of my passions for work and adventure. The unparalleled flexibility, unwavering productivity, harmonious work-life balance, continuous personal growth, and undeniable sense of adventure that remote work provides are a match made in heaven for my love of exploring the world.
The end of 2023 will mark the culmination of an awe-inspiring journey as I complete my quest to visit all seven continents. From the stunning landscapes of North America to the rich cultural heritage of Europe, the exotic wildlife of Africa, the breathtaking landscapes of Asia, the pristine beauty of Antarctica, the lush rainforests of South America, and the mesmerizing islands of Oceania - each continent has offered me a unique and unforgettable adventure.
